Hello Doctors,Using Omron Digital Monitor For Home bp measurement Mostly,First and to sometimes 2nd reading is higher but Normal in subsequent readings after 1-2 mins Is it normal? Which one to assume if  subsequent readings are in Lt hand :-125-128± 3-4 systolic to 70-75 DBP Rt hand 123-125±4-5 DBP 70-75 I follow all the protocols like in a chair setting,5 min no or minimal activity not leg Most readings are in these range only with sometimes a bit variation of 3-4 on higher side. Thank You

I bought a cigarette from a shop and when I smoked it after 15-20 min at some place, i found its bud wet, but the worrying part is the shopowner feed the stray dogs regulary, so my mind is visualising worst case scenarios, what if it was a dogs saliva(from his had to the bud), and theres a wound in my mouth due to wisdom tooth, so is there any concern/risk of rabies, I am really anxious ?

Hello Doctor, I am a 35-year-old male and recently had a full health checkup. My CBC shows Hemoglobin 14.8 (normal), RBC 5.74 (slightly high), WBC 7.2 (normal), Platelets 135 (mildly low), with MCV 79 (low), MCH 25.8 (low), RDW 14.9 (high), and smear showing normocytic normochromic RBCs with few microcytic hypochromic cells; lab impression is normocytic normochromic blood picture with thrombocytopenia. Additionally, HbA1c is 6.8 and fasting sugar 118, triglycerides 221 (high), HDL 36 (low), CRP 7.8 (high), Vitamin D 7.89 (very low), Vitamin B12 277 (low-normal), serum iron 64 (low-normal), while kidney, liver, urine, and thyroid tests are normal. I do not have symptoms like bleeding, infections, or weight loss. My question is: do these findings indicate any risk of blood cancer/leukemia, or are they more likely due to nutritional or metabolic issues, ?? I am scared bit. I did just regular health checkup

Hi my blood pressure ranges in left arm to 140-95 and right arm it range from 135-85 or 130-82. Difference is there in both arms. So which arm to take for measuring?Thanks in advance.

I stepped on a stray puppy there was no bite and no scratch mark but a skin alone raised like a blister no fluid is it a exposure I cleaned it with soap no pain also I completely vaccinated 2 months ago this incident but I drink heavy alcohol in regular even in vaccination period does it have reduced my antibodies I did not taken booster for this incident
