Rabies exposure inquiry

I went to the hospital to get a tetanus vaccine. A boy was standing just behind me, and he had a dog bite on his lips 15 minutes ago. As soon as I received my injection, there was a little bleeding at the injection site. At that exact moment, the boy behind me removed his shirt to take his rabies vaccine, and I felt that some kind of liquid might have come from that boy's action onto my injection site  where it was bleeding Since the injection site was open and not covered with any cloth and “What if some fluid from the dog-bite wound on that boy’s lips splashed or came into contact with my bleeding injection site?”, I am worried whether this situation could be considered a rabies exposure or not.

Wound with nail- potential exposure

I accidentally scratched my nephew with my nail, and it caused a small cut/scratch that started bleeding. I am worried that I may have exposed him to some kind of infection—bacterial or viral, like HIV, STDs, herpes, TB, or anything else. Since I have come into contact with high-risk environments myself, although I don’t have any symptoms, we don’t know what we might carry. Please guide me on this. I am attaching an image.

Kindly help

Hello Doctor, My patient (65-year-old male) is currently admitted in ICU on ventilator support. He initially had low hemoglobin, platelets, and WBC (pancytopenia). Blood and platelet transfusions have been given. Current concerns: - BP is being maintained with vasopressor support - Urine output was low earlier - No visible bleeding source identified - Reticulocyte count was low (suggesting marrow suppression) - Peripheral smear shows no hemolysis - Blood culture is negative so far - Latest counts improved after transfusion Doctors have suggested oncology consultation, and we are worried about possible bone marrow issues. Kindly advise: 1. Does this pattern suggest infection-related bone marrow suppression or something more serious like leukemia/aplastic anemia? 2. Is bone marrow biopsy required immediately or can we wait for trends? 3. What parameters should we monitor to confirm recovery? 4. Overall prognosis in such cases? Thank you.
