I had asked a question recently and that question was "If a person had dog saliva on their clothes or skin from a dog barking about 1 minute earlier, and that saliva somehow got transferred from that person into my eyes or a cut on my face, would this be considered an exposure?" Many doctors said that this counts as an exposure and that vaccination would be needed. But if that were really true, then I would have to keep taking rabies vaccines continuously because I keep encountering situations like this all the time. And in that case, rabies could happen to anyone in the world just like the flu.

Hello doctor from today morning I have tightness in my both temples and back of head like a tight band get of feeling and squeezing type of headache No Dizziness nothing just this type of headache What to do ?

I’ve had PCOD for the past 9 years and have tried birth control, myo-inositol, diet changes, and other treatments, but nothing seems to have helped. My weight keeps increasing, and it’s been two years since I stopped all medication. Since then, my symptoms seem to be getting worse. Should I consult an endocrinologist or a gynaecologist? What would actually help at this stage?

I completed a full rabies vaccination course (Day 0, 3, 7, 14, 28) on 19 March 2025 I also received ERIG/ARS at that time Recently, I had a minor cat scratch and took rabies booster doses on April 16 (Day 0) and April 19 (Day 3), 2026 Now again, on May 3, 2026, a street cat scratched me directly (no clothing in between) This time there was visible bleeding, but it is still a small scratch, not a deep bite I washed the wound properly with soap and water I also took a tetanus injection on April 16, 2026 Current condition: The wound is small and being cleaned No other symptoms Question:Since I had full vaccination in 2025 and recent boosters in April 2026, and this new scratch happened within about 2 weeks of boosters — do I need to take rabies vaccine again, or am I already protected? I have a small lump on the right side of my neck (cervical area) for about 6 months. It started around 1 cm and now feels about 1.5 cm( not sure whether the size has increased or not). It is painless, slightly firm, and movable under the skin. I haven’t had any symptoms like fever, weight loss, or night sweats. I do have ongoing scalp issues—lice infestation and scalp psoriasis. Also my body itches especially at night.

I always used to sleep later than normal but from the last 8-10 day i am unable to sleep rather i dont want to sleep till 5-6 am in the morning and then i wakeup at 2 pm at afternoon i am feeling terrible because of this and my all shedule and health is getting impacted please suggest me some techniques or any type of help so i should sleep at 12 am last to that i can complete my 8-9- hrs of sleep and wakeup at 8-9 am in morning Pls guide me Currently i am taking nexito 20 in morning and pantocid 40 empty stomach in morning nowadays afternoon😅
