Next Steps
Tonsil Examination: "Please share a clear photo of your throat (with mouth wide open and tongue down) during our consultation so I can check for any white patches or pus on the tonsils." Hydration & Rest: "Drink lukewarm water throughout the day. Rest is crucial right now, as your body is showing signs of exhaustion." Salt Water Gargles: "Perform warm salt water gargles 3–4 times a day. This helps reduce the swelling in the tonsils and provides immediate pain relief." Consultation: "For a proper prescription (Antibiotics/Antivirals) and a 5-day recovery plan, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
Health Tips
Steam Inhalation: "Take steam 2 times a day to clear your nasal passages and soothe your throat." Soft Diet: "Eat soft, warm foods like khichdi or soup. Avoid oily, spicy, or very cold items (like ice cream) which can irritate the throat." Monitor Temperature: "Keep a log of your temperature readings, especially at night, to help me adjust your medication." Caution: "If you experience any difficulty in breathing, inability to swallow liquids, or a very high fever that doesn't come down with medication, seek immediate medical attention."
