Symptoms suggest a viral infection causing body aches, cold, cough, and eye irritation. Since you’re also having eye pain on movement and imbalance, it’s important to monitor closely. proper evaluation is needed. I’d recommend book a consultation so I can assess in detail and guide you with the right treatment.

Your symptoms of severe body pain, cold, cough, and specifically pain in the eyes when moving them left and right (retro-orbital pain) strongly suggest a systemic viral infection. While common influenza (flu) causes these symptoms, in many regions, this specific eye pain is also a hallmark of Dengue fever. The 'imbalance' and fatigue you feel are signs of your body's inflammatory response to the virus
Next Steps
Monitor Fever & Platelets: If the body pain and eye pain worsen, I recommend a Complete Blood Count (CBC) to check your platelet levels and a Dengue NS1 Antigen test. Hydration is Key: Drink plenty of fluids (water, coconut water, or ORS). Staying hydrated is the most important treatment for viral recovery. Rest: Avoid staring at screens (mobile/laptop) as the light and eye movement will increase your headache and eye pain. Medication: Paracetamol can help with pain and fever, but avoid NSAIDs (like Aspirin or Ibuprofen) until Dengue is ruled out, as they can affect blood clotting.
