Something dirty type foamed in middle of my chest what that why it formed not going even after bathing little chest pain

My father ,P.Hara Jagannath has been diagnosed with sarcopenia he has seen no weight gain since 7 years and is looking very lean and thin ,aged and wrinkles skin appearance.He has diabetes and cholesterol but they are  already under complete control since many years since his 1st diagnosis with them in 2016.Even though on eating protein foods like eggs and using vitamin d capsules there is no improvement till date .Hence I request you to provide me valuable guidance on treatment or medicine if possible

Recently I got bloated something pain I got in chest then anxiety breathlessness started my legs neck body full got numb my bp was 150/90 something stuck feels in throat wt is it and I had IBS I m having stop IBS tab and shelcal hd tablets.. wt s reason behind this is it IBS is it nerve issue Dr gave petril to me in hospital sometimes I m normal my motion also normal sometimes powdery mushy edges stool

I am having migraine and currently  taking amitriptyline 10 mg and propronolol 20 mg once a day  for 3 months.My Bp was showing as 160/80 and 140/80 mmHg during last dr visit. I didn't had BP Before. Been advised to monitor Bp at home for a month. what is best time to take bp at home. Prior or post taking medicines we need to monitor Bp? Please advise.

Hi All, I have undergone medical test recently and diagnosed with hba1cb at 8.1 and grade 3 fatty liver. Above are my measurements. My ldl cholesterol is 123mg. Doctor advised to take empastat 12.5+500 mg, obimet sr 500 mg, rosuvas 10mg, telista 40mg on daily basis for mrng and night. My weight at the time of report was 137 and after taking medicines and within a week i am now at 131 kg.. i don't feel hungry nowadays and is this weight loss normal since my initial weight is very high. Or i need to check with doctor again for this sudden weight loss.
