Keep yourself busy, when the craving starts, have a glass of water, engage yourself in some work, after some days. The craving will finish. If you find difficult to do it, consult a psychologist.

Emotional/binge eating is commonly linked to stress, anxiety, poor sleep, hormonal changes, or habit-based cravings rather than true hunger. Over time it can lead to significant weight gain and metabolic issues.
Next Steps
-Consider screening for: -TSH/thyroid profile -HbA1c, fasting sugar -Vitamin D/B12 if fatigue present
Health Tips
-Do not skip meals; include more protein/fiber to reduce cravings -Avoid stocking junk foods at home -Drink water first when cravings start and delay eating by 10–15 mins -Regular exercise and proper sleep help control emotional eating -Contact me anytime on Practo for further consultation.
