If I take the 2nd dose of anti-rabies vaccine for re-exposure in the morning, and then a dog bites me at night causing bleeding, do I need an extra dose?

My husband is 35 years old and has fluctuating platelet counts on recent CBC tests: - 5–6 months ago: 176k - 3 months ago: 122k - Recent Redcliffe: 92k - Orange Health (CBC + smear): 150k, smear normal - Apollo: 111k, comment: Giant platelets noted, MPV high (13.5) WBC has been normal in all reports, hemoglobin around normal, no bruising/bleeding, no fever, no weight loss. He has chronic gut symptoms: bloating, acidity, loose motions sometimes, urgency/frequency of stools. Please advise: 1. Are these fluctuating platelet counts concerning? 2. Can giant platelets/high MPV cause falsely low platelet count? 3. What could be the likely cause? 4. Which specialist should we see first: hematologist or gastroenterologist? 5. What further tests should be done? Please guide.

When I wake up my body has swealing , especially my foot and it's hard to walk . Sometimes swealing remains for a full whole day.

I’m 18 and I’ve had a headache for around 36 hours. It started mild before sleep but became much more severe after waking up. The pain is across my whole head, more in the front/top. When I stay still it’s around 2/10, but even slight movement suddenly makes it extremely painful (up to 10/10) for 10–15 seconds with throbbing/pulsating pain. Light and sound also worsen it. No fever, vomiting, weakness, confusion, vision loss, or trouble speaking. I’ve been very stressed lately, sleeping poorly, and spending long hours on screens. Paracetamol helps temporarily. This is the first headache this severe I’ve had. What should I do?
