Take tab cholecalciferol 60,000 units once a week for 8 weeks. Tab neurobion forte one daily for 8 weeks, Syp R.b tone 5m.l. every morning and evening for 4 weeks. Take green, leafy vegetables, pumpkin, beetroot, fruits like pomegranate,  apple, orange,  curd, cheese, nuts, berries, mushrooms, eggs, soya, fortified cereals.

But Vitamin D is low, ferritin (iron stores) is low, and B12 is borderline. These can easily explain your tiredness, low energy and hair fall.
