Checked because of tiredness
I have four months baby. I got my first period after pregnancy. Today was my fourth day, I was suddenly tired, and afternoon, when I visited the hospital, they told me to get CBC done. I have attached the reports. Please tell me if I have any problems.

first few menstruation after pregnancy and lactational amenorrhea can cause symptoms like.if your symptoms are not troublesome you don't need to do anything about it.Your CBC report doesn't explain the present symptoms.is it associated with fainting or dizziness ?
Next Steps
