Obviously you need general physician. Your reports are deranged due to sedentary lifestyles. Vitamin d3 level is low , lipid profile is slightly deranged, prediabetic also.better if you change your dietary habits and lifestyle modifications. So these reports , given that you are 51 ,if done to check the hsCRP or lipid profile specifically then I'd say while the numbers are deranged ,they are not worrisome. But if this investigation was done as a routine health check then it is  inadequate. You do have low vit D.
Next Steps
I would suggest get a complete blood work done CBC, Thyroid profile, HBa1C, kidney function test,Liver function test,lipid profile , CRP, Vit B12
