All the reports seems normal and does not indicate any symptoms but if you have any you can consult one to one. Lipid profile is little bit deranged but it's normal doesn't signify any major issue

Egypt did you get your tests done? Was there any specific problem? Your reports are all normal. Do not judge your body with numbers rather with what do you feel physically, mentally or emotionally. Relax and take it at ease. Take up some relaxation exercises and pranayama with meditation to remove such scares forever from yourself. You can do it.
Next Steps
As adviced above
Health Tips
Relax.

You have dyslipidemia,  with harmful lipids on higher side. Stop all fatty food,  sugary food. Do some regular physical exercise. Take tab Rosuvastatin 10mg one after dinner. Repeat lipid profile after 3 months.

Do not worry. You can improve your lipid profile through diet control and exercise. Also get a apolipoprotein A levels done as it is more specific. And follow up with report.

While it is understandable to feel concerned when seeing out-of-range lab values, your lipid profile appears only 'mildly deranged.' A slight elevation in cholesterol or triglycerides in a 30-year-old female who is already conscious of her diet is often manageable without medication. It is important to look at the 'HDL' (Good Cholesterol) vs 'LDL' (Bad Cholesterol) ratio rather than just the total number
Next Steps
Book consulation with me so i can tell you better treatment plan accordingly
Health Tips
For a detailed analysis of your exact LDL/HDL ratio, a customized exercise plan, and direct follow-up on your repeat reports, you can consult me directly through my profile.

Don’t worry 😊 your reports are mostly okay, with some mild lipid changes. This usually can be managed with the right diet and lifestyle, but it’s better to review everything in detail. You can book a consultation and I’ll guide you step by step.

It's good to know that you are careful about your food choices. The liver function test is normal. The lipid profile has some figures highlighted. However they do not fall in a category where you need medication.
Next Steps
definitely walk, swim. Doing 30 mins of Cardio and also ensuring that the timings of your meals do not alter daily will help increase good cholesterol and reduce the not so good one.
Health Tips
repeat lipid profile after 3 months to see if your own efforts brought the numbers in range.
