My brother is 24 years old.he takes 'whey to protein' powder daily but no gym at all.he used to workout but since 8 months not doing workout but continued taking protein powder.is it fine to take or not because suddenly he is looking too fat.

I am having less bowel movements and can't empty bowels.i feel like something stuck and not free to move.I had previously gas,bloating,indigestion problems and constipation too.when I take senna leaves I am having little bowels but that too only water coming. Whenever I had complete bowels,at last I am noticing mucus.

Collagen loss due to stress
Hii doctor,I was having stress problems from 4 yrs.From then I was seeing my skin is becoming thin,sagging,dry,darkening. And my stomach is bloated,indigestion and can't have bowel movements in intestines. I feel I am not feeling flexible in abdomen.
But whenever I eat eggs,fish,bone broth,sunflower and seasame seeds,potatoes,carrots. Some of my skin sagging, dry,darkening are disappears. But If I stop them,the problems come again.
Pls suggest some food habits,tips and medications.

Chia seed consumption in the morning
I soak half a spoon of chia seed over night in water and consume it next morning in empty stomach. Is it safe to take it daily? I have anxiety issues and GERD. Can taking chia seed everyday be good for that? Or should I take it on alternate days?
