Collagen loss due to stress

Hii doctor,I was having stress problems from 4 yrs.From then I was seeing my skin is becoming thin,sagging,dry,darkening. And my stomach is bloated,indigestion and can't have bowel movements in intestines. I feel I am not feeling flexible in abdomen. But whenever I eat eggs,fish,bone broth,sunflower and seasame seeds,potatoes,carrots. Some of my skin sagging, dry,darkening are disappears. But If I stop them,the problems come again. Chia seed consumption in the morning
