Vitamin B12 Deficiency
Sometimes I feel lightheaded and dizziness in morning and specially after wake up..my cbc report is normal but vitamin B12 is 110..what should I do?

You can introduce Curds Buttermilk, Fermented food and if u hv non veg can keep it 2-3 times a week. Try to keep gut healthy. Consult me on Practo for the better outcomes
