You need to start following a healthy lifestyle. Stress can lead to either binge eating or not eating at all. To avoid stress, you can start meditating, read books, listen to good music, practice yoga or workouts in any form you like. This will also help you improve your sleep. Stress and our sleeping pattern plays a major role along with the diet. Improve your dietary habits by consuming a balanced meal. Include nutrient rich foods like fruits and vegetables, milk and other dairy products, eggs, fishes, whole pulses and cereals, and nuts and seeds. It is advisable to get a deeper analysis done for better dietary recommendations and medications.

Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. For PCOD specifically limit milk and milk products.
