Hallucinations and hearing voices
I have been seeing unusual things when I'm alone/around people due to fear of the similar stuff, I have anxiety and cuz of that I'm having alopecia areata, I also hear voices and i don't know what to do and most of these are of self harm and I've harmed myself too.
People think that I'm lying because of the hallucinations I have and when I tell them about what u really felt until i realise at a point I was hallucinating, I hear voices of self harm, death, questions and it haunts me a lot, I've been alone for almost a decade and my father left me almost a decade ago as he married someone else, my mom wasn't involved in my things but my sister because she was younger i apparently became alone.
I need help and i don't feel safe when I'm alone.

I am suffering ocd which caused me to be paranoid
I have been suffering this from 16years
But no relief always being suspicious because of always conflicts persecutory delusions
So the experience taught me
I am on medications
Now what I understood is that the patient should not try to become a doctor
If you try to cure ocd on your own you are giving importance to thought
Which then increases it and the problem worsens
So the best thing you can do is not treat it on your own take your medications

Teenage with extreme anxiety
My 14 yr old son worries for every little thing. He gets too anxious n is unable to sleep well before exams. He gets palpitations n dizziness in stressful situations like result, or going to school if his friends are not coming. He's good at studies, enjoys playing video games n music. He's also very shy n doesn't enjoy socialising,other than with his close friends or cousins. How to help him overcome his shyness n anxiety?

Anxiety disorder n fear of flying
I've got anxiety disorder from as long as I can remember.
There are times when it's too high n times when it disappears. But I've learnt how to handle some of the symptoms. I practice yoga regularly, breathing exercises , gym with weight training too.I have a flight coming up n just thinking about it makes me nervous. It's not my first one. Although I travel about twice a year by plane but I've always had travel anxiety. Staying away from home n flying just makes me nervous. As much as I look forward to a holiday with family, this anxiety dampens the excitement. How can I enjoy?

Main 2005 se severe Somatic (Sensorimotor) OCD aur Social Anxiety se jujh raha hu. Mere mukhya lakshan ye hain:
**1. Heartbeat Fixation & Muscle Spasm:** Dhyan har waqt dhadkan par rehta hai jisse darr lagta hai ki heart fail ho jayega. Ghabrahat ya behes ke waqt adrenaline rush se peeth ki muscles buri tarah akad jati hain. Is tension se kamar (L4-L5) ki nas dabti hai, jisse dono taango me bhayanak dard, sui chubhna aur sunn-pan (numbness) aa jata hai. Saari takat khatam ho jati hai.
**2. Muh & Thook (Saliva):** Dhyan baar-baar muh par jane se bahut jada thook banta hai. Logo ke samne isko baar-baar nigalne (swallowing) me bahut sharmindagi hoti hai.
**3. Aankhein & Eye-Contact:** Kisi se baat karte waqt dimag atak jata hai ki samne wale ki left aankh me dekhu ya right me. Mujhe darr lagta hai ki main 'bhenga' (cross-eyed) lag raha hu.
**4. Social Anxiety:** Bazaar ya bheed me jate hi extreme ajeeb ghabrahat hoti hai. Lagta hai sab log mujhe hi notice kar rahe hain aur

FrontHead tightness+Sleepy Eyes +Fatigue
1)Problem- I have been feeling (forehead tightness+ low energy) since 3 years. This head tightness become worse on- studying, mobile screen and Smell of spicy food. I feel (head tightness+heavy sleepy eyes) on eating - Spicy food, sweet products, Banana, Onions. Sleep is normal,no throbbing pain in head.
2)in March 202All tests are normal - Brain MRI, BP, Suger, Urine, Blood cbc, thyroid,CT PNS(sinucitis),Eye check,No gas problem.
3)My earlier lifestyle -i was seriously preparing for competitive exams since 2020.So, i cut physical activities & outdoor sports . I devoted myself only for study in a closed room.i used to study in mobile pdf mostly.In Jan 2023,I started feeling forehead tightness while I was studying.Gradually, Started this tightness on eating daily homemade food too.
4) Visited many doctors, but what disease I have still unknown??

Does Guanfacine ER or Clonidine ER conti
Hello doctors,
I wanted to understand about ER and ER for sleep problems and hyperarousal.
Do these medicines help sleep long term as long as the medicine is continued, or do they mainly help only initially because of sedation?
After the body develops tolerance to the sedating effect, do they still help by calming hyperarousal/overactive brain activity and improving sleep quality, or does the sleep benefit usually reduce significantly?
Would especially like to know in cases of ADHD, autism, anxiety, or chronic insomnia related to hyperarousal.

Health anxiety
My mother was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and she underwent a hysterectomy for it in 2024. In 2025 she had surgery for hernia.Same year my father was diagnosed with ckd and was hospitalized thrice in a period of 6 months. He is now on dialysis.
With all these diagnoses and multiple hospitalizations, I have developed extreme anxiety and health problems like ibs. Even the slightest issue makes me really anxious. I am the only daughter so everything comes to me.
I can't take therapy as I can't afford it right now.
Please suggest something to manage my health anxiety.
