Health anxiety
My mother was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and she underwent a hysterectomy for it in 2024. In 2025 she had surgery for hernia.Same year my father was diagnosed with ckd and was hospitalized thrice in a period of 6 months. He is now on dialysis. With all these diagnoses and multiple hospitalizations, I have developed extreme anxiety and health problems like ibs. Even the slightest issue makes me really anxious. I am the only daughter so everything comes to me. I can't take therapy as I can't afford it right now. Please suggest something to manage my health anxiety.
