I am on following medications Nexito forte 1 tablet on lunch Ciplar 40 bd Olimelt 5 mg(7 pm) Ocivox 50mg bd Divaa od 250 mg bed time Can i take ocivox 100 bd As i am having different running thoughts am not taking as o heard about serotonin syndrome please guide me or i can take nexito forte to nexito forte 20 mg please assist me please please please

Im am totally unable do two things at the same time..to listen and read or speak.. if im reading someone speaks it goes blank .. i have to ask them to repeat... if im listening to a speech or video.. same Problem im not focussing too hard also..

I posted once asking about Guanfacine availability in India, and many doctors commented that it is available in India. So I went to my psychiatrist at Sion Government Hospital, Mumbai, but my psychiatrist said Guanfacine ER is not available in India. Now I am confused: Is Guanfacine ER actually available in India or not? Is it unavailable only in government hospitals? Can government hospital psychiatrists prescribe it? Do I need to visit a private psychiatrist/private clinic to get it prescribed? Would appreciate guidance from psychiatrists or anyone who has personally used/prescribed Guanfacine ER in India.

I'm suffering from anxiety for the last one year and have also suffered pain attacks thrice since then. It gets normal for sometime but again occurs whenever I take a little bit of stress. Some childhood trauma also triggers that and I get constant nightmares about that and wake up anxious and exhausted. I cry and meditate which gives temporary care. I really need immediate help.

I need counseling and stress relieving therapy I m in govt job but I don't want to go to job and I burst in tears very often

I am on a psychiatric treatment for irritable bowel syndrome, due to which my Prolactin level has gone very high, it is 245 and I am getting white nipple discharge from my left breast only. Is it concerning ? Which doctor should I go to, my psychiatrist, endocrinologist or gynecologist ??

I have severe ocd . My symptoms are i keep asking or telling the same question repeatedly. Doctor prescribed me uvox cr 100 mg twice daily, feliz s10 at night, risdone ls and clonotril 0.5. Earlier i was not taking feliz s 10 it is newly added after taking it at night my sleep cycle breaks i wake up at night 2 times. So can i take feliz s 10 at morning?

I have been on Dopoval and lopez for five. I want guided direction to leave this combination and nothing else.

I have been having a cloudy feeling and dizziness for the past 2 months. Last month, after consulting an ENT, they diagnosed me with vestibular migraine. I am taking Vertin and other medication. But I somehow feel depressed when alone, with an unreal and detached feeling. She asked me to consult a neuro psychiatrist. I am not sure if it's part of that vestibular migraine. I feel no excitement for life when I'm alone. Happy when I'm busy and doing some work

I am having issue from last two month I feel like cry without reason have no interest in anything anger boosted hopelessness loss appetite anxiety,I was an alcoholic but not sober at the time of alcohol these symptoms were so high but not still bothering I suddenly go angry if I don't like anything feeling like broken useless ,am I bipolar or its depression and anxiety I don't feel happy at all bored and always thinking feel alone what to do am I going to be happy and confident and free from this what happend to me pls answer
