Glp 1 eligibility
Hi,
I’m 27 years old female and currently weigh 100 kg and height is 5'5". I have been working out regularly for 6 days a week and eating normal home cooked food, but I’m not seeing any meaningful weight loss.
I also have hypothyroidism — my TSH was around 11 six months ago. I do feel low energy and fatigue quite often despite trying to stay active.
I’ve also noticed signs like dark pigmentation around my neck and under my eyes, which I’ve read could be related to insulin resistance.
I feel like despite consistent efforts, my body is not responding, and I’m getting physically tired. I want to understand if there’s an underlying metabolic issue.
Could you please guide me on what tests I should do and whether medical treatment options like GLP-1 medications would be appropriate in my case?

Could you please suggest what should I do?
My father, Age 72 years, on steroids for ILD, Dilzem 90
Serum albumin: 2.35 (ref 3.5 -5)
Is pedal oedema due to low albumin or Dilzem or any other reasons?
Should albumin be supplied to treat oedema?

Weakness and fatigue
My father aged 60 years had undergone Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) in 2021. He recovered well after the surgery and does not have any known history of diabetes or high blood pressure. However, for the past couple of months he has been experiencing occasional dizziness and sudden weakness. When we checked his blood pressure it was normal, but we still decided to take him to the hospital. He was kept under observation for 24 hours and all the reports came back normal. The doctor discharged him and suggested that the problem might be due to gastric issues.
Recently, he has been getting tired easily, so we decided to check his blood sugar and lipid levels. His fasting blood sugar was 166 and triglycerides were 266. After one month, we repeated the tests and his fasting sugar was 151 and triglycerides were 208.
At present, he sometimes feels weak and is not able to walk fAt present, he sometimes feels weak and is not able to walk fast as before. We are concerned about his health.

Hyperthyroidism -
Condition: Hyperthyroidism
My mother is 65 years old and has been suffering from hyperthyroidism since 2020. She has been taking prescribed medicines regularly, but her condition has not improved significantly.
Her TSH levels are consistently very low, and even during medication the thyroid test results keep fluctuating. I have the latest thyroid reports available and can share them for review.
Recently, we have noticed several concerning symptoms:
Loss of appetite
Extreme sensitivity to smells (she cannot tolerate strong smells)
Gradual muscle weakness and muscle loss
Irregular and fast heartbeat, sometimes her pulse reaches around 140
General weakness and discomfort
We would like guidance on why the thyroid levels are not stabilizing despite medication and what further treatment or tests might be required.
