My uncle's age is 70years.he has sugar and bp.From last 6months onwards he is getting a feeling like vomiting and feeling like low energy and always in sleeping and not to eat properly. My I know proper reason and whom to contact meaning which doctor diabetic or general physician

Long-term diabetic and bp patients are more prone for kidney disease and low hemoglobin All these issues can cause the above mentioned issues Do CBC and renal function tests If needed other tests based on the patient issues
