Hba1c of 5.9
6 months ago my hba1c was 6.1, stopped taking Sweets and reduced weight from 80 to 70, my height is 5.6 feet , was taking canthex capsules, then hba1c came to 4.7 after three months, now further 3 months I do the test again and hba1c is 5.9 , considering I'm taking fruits daily and some sweets too and started taking potatoes too, what should I do, thyroid function test and random blood sugar and fasting blood sugar are normal

It is pretty clear you are in the prediabetic range , you brought your hba1c down through reducing weight , hence insulin resistance decreased, but as soon as you went back to your normal dietary habits the hba1c shot back to prediabetic range
