My son is running in his 6th year and is only 13 kg...he is very-2 skinny. Whenever he drinks milk,he complaints of stomach pain immediately. He got diagnosed with diahrhrea 2 years back,since then he is not able to digest any heavy thing. And very easily got infected. Is there any liver problem.?

Weight loss

I was 85 kg(height 5ft 9inch)earlier in 4/5 month im now 79 kg I already make a change in my overall calorie in take and use staircases regularly,Im climbing 4 storie building regularly 2/3 times and my avarage climbing time of 4 storie building is 30 sec My question is does this weight loss is Right and healthy?
