I was 85 kg(height 5ft 9inch)earlier in 4/5 month im now 79 kg
I already make a change in my overall calorie in take and use staircases regularly,Im climbing 4 storie building regularly 2/3 times and my avarage climbing time of 4 storie building is 30 sec
My question is does this weight loss is Right and healthy?
Now a days i feel more energetic
