My son is having similiac iq+1 , don't have mothers milk.
He turned 6 months old now.
Could you please suggest healthy diet and what should be followed and how to be followed.

Any specific reason to not give mother's milk to the baby?
If any reason please specify .
You can start with a liquid diet like daal ka pani, orange juice, rice water, coconut water etc.
But for better diet consultation you have to elaborate each and everything of children.
