When a infant is around  six to seven  month  old . We need   to start  weaning food for them  at that stage of  life cycle. Initially semisolid foods like khichri , mashed potato , mashed fruits like banana ,stewed apple need to be introduced in her diet .For proper guidance please take personalised diet  consultation  from us.We would be happy to help  you.

Hi, Introduce - Suji kheer/ mashed potatoes/ biscuit dipped in milk/ fruit purees/ thin 1 spoon halwa (suji or besan)/ Dalia/ khichdi etc. Start from a single spoon. Increase the quantity gradually.
