Weight gain

Im a girl of 20 years old. Im a marfan syndrome patient also having hypothyroidism. Dr said mine is a mild case of marfan syndrome and im not taking any treatment or medicine for that. My height is 181 cm and weight is 50kg. Im too underweight.. I tried a lot.. I ate a lot, consumed protein powder etc still i didn't gain weight.. Can i gain weight... What can i do to gain weight... SUFFERING FROM IBS

Hi doctors, Myself yash I'm suffering from ibs since 1.5 years but taking buttermilk and jogging daily for 30 min. has relieved me from symptoms but due to buttermilk I'm facing constipation , means in 2-3 days I pass stool only 1 time.  Will the constipation get worse if I continue this process?
