Did reactive hypoglycemia leads to dibeates in future how much chances are there as body produces more insulin after meal ??

My blood glucose one day came 50 on 17 December and 66 on 24 after 3hrs of food but fasting blood sugar 6 time above 70 and 3hrs after food yesterday came 75 and insomnia from 25 December why which tests I need hba1c was 4.9 yesterday i checked

Hi Mime hba1c is 6.4 and i gained weight since last 2-3 years mine current weight is 96 and height 5'6 I am suffering from blackness in knees underarms around neck. I tried to loose weigjt n somehow reduced 3-4 kgs Should i take Mounjaro injections I already wasted my around 1 lakh in pt but didnt work as gym is also a new business I am 37 female and unmarried , these health condition is road blocker for me I also dont have gallbladder so most of the time having stomach issue

Pp blood sugar 2hr  should calculate from starting or end of food and today from starting after 2hrs my pp came 102 yesterday 75 and one day 92 and 88 also one day but one day it came 50 and fasting blood sugar always coming normal can anyone tell most appropriate test which should i do to find correct diagnosis??

I am seeing my blood sugar after 2 hrs of food always come in range of 90 to 100 not more than 100 is post prandial 90 to 100 ramge normal as many peoples it usually more than 100 or i had hypoglycemia risk

Which post prandial blood sugar is most healthy between 70 to 100 or more than 100 but less than 140 as many reports pp normal range is 100 to 140 so pp less than 100 is hypoglycemia or its normal

My pp blood sugar is 91 after 2 hrs of food and technician said it should more than 100 is that true or 91 is normal pp blood sugar

Good morning, I month back I steppes on iron nail,I got pricked in my left footI took TT injection and also took antibiotics. And the wound healed. I did I x ray also and doctor said it's normal. Now I getting pain in that area internally. I am diabetic and  my sugar levels are normal in levels . Please advice me to cure it permanently.

Yesterday i tested hba1c test for the first time and it came 6.8 and today morning i did sugar test, fasting is 123 and after food is 175 . I have started diet from today, Let me know.
