Are you taking any medicine for diabetes.please tell me in details. Post prandial blood sugar calculate from starting of food. Occasional low readings can occur due to :- 1.Delayed meals 2.Excess physical activity 3.Inaccurate glucometer reading 4.Reactive (post-meal) hypoglycemia in some people.
Next Steps
For avoid confusion you should do these test HbA1c test and fasting and post prandial blood sugar by laboratory test.

• PP sugar is counted 2 hours from the first bite of food • 102, 92, 88 = Normal • 75 = Low-normal • 50 = Hypoglycemia • Fasting normal + occasional low PP → Reactive hypoglycemia Most appropriate tests: 1. HbA1c 2. OGTT (75 g) with insulin levels Likely diagnosis: → Reactive hypoglycemia → Not diabetes
