Your HbA1c is 4.9%, which is completely normal. This means you do not have diabetes or pre-diabetes.
The low values you recorded (50, 66 mg/dL) suggest episodic hypoglycemia, most likely reactive hypoglycemia or due to:
• Long gaps between meals
• High refined sugar intake
• Stress / anxiety
• Poor sleep (your insomnia can worsen glucose instability)
Since your fasting sugars are mostly above 70 and post-meal values are around 75–90, your glucose regulation is overall normal.

Tests you should do:
1. Fasting blood glucose
2. Fasting insulin level
3. 75 g OGTT with glucose at:
• 0 hr
• 1 hr
• 2 hr
• 3 hr
4. Cortisol (8 AM)
5. TSH
6. CBC
These help rule out:
• Reactive hypoglycemia
• Hyperinsulinemia
• Hormonal causes
• Thyroid-related insomnia
Next Steps
Eat every 3 hours
• Avoid sugary foods and refined carbs
• Increase protein + fiber
• Carry glucose tablets or fruit juice if symptoms occur
• Sleep regularization is essential
