Can gym workout following normal daily life food(the food that we follow even without gym workout) cause gastric problem and discomfort?

How long a person can survive comfortably without Gall bladder. Let's someone at the age of 30 has to go through gallbladder removal?

It starts with a pain below the chest slowly graduating to breathlessness, this lasts for 10 mins. I have to take eno and pan D to get it under control. I feel so tired after an episode. I have found that cardivas is primarily used in heart issues, is it okay to take cardivas for liver issue and what should be the ideal time period to be consumed? ( Months and daily)
