Gastroenterology

If I am of 30 years now and have a single gall bladder polyp of 4mm. After 1 and half years it's of same size 4mm. Could anyone here help me in solving my query of till what age it can grow to size(10mm)  when I need to remove my gall Bladder ?

Symptoms: 1. Mild pain and fullness in the left upper abdomen (spleen area) even without eating. 2. Occasional yellow stools, burning during defecation, and dark/reddish urine for the past few days. 3. No noticeable weight loss or severe fatigue. Medical History: 1. Splenomegaly (13.2 cm) noted in an ultrasound (Dec 2024). 2. Persistently elevated bilirubin (direct and indirect) for over a month. 3. Low platelets (120 thou/mm³) with giant platelets observed on peripheral smear. Current Medications (stopped 3 days ago): Reheptin DS, Pantoprazole, Probiotic. Concerns: 1. Persistent dark urine burning—could this be linked to bilirubin or a urinary issue? 2. Mild discomfort and fullness due to splenomegaly—how serious is this if platelets continue to drop? KFT report last month was good. Would appreciate guidance . I consulted the hematologist he did cbc & peripheral tests last month & ruled out any issues. I have stomach pain since 2 month i did endoscopy so result found as gastriduodentis. I took medicine Almox500 and clarigard 500 since last 14 days so no improvement ,What is next step? Which test is good to diagnose stomach pain cause? Ecg also normal. Pls suggest

Is single polyp in gall bladder  more dangerous compared to multiple polyp in gallbladder? Size is of 4mm

Hi Doctors, I have been facing left lower abdomen pain and especially when I sit or hold urine. Attached CT scan report where finding was "There is few subcentimetric mesenteric lymph nodes noted in right iliac fossa." Dear sir/Madam I am suffering from too much gastritis problem chest  discomport and other symptoms since 5years.On 2020December done endoscopy and all the blood test and report says Grade A GERD AND VITAMIN B12 deficiency and D .And all the medicines had taken for one month. But not improved much. From April 2023 my stomach was crying and frequent  motion like dairiah more the then 3times after diet and exercise it was temporary soloved , last six months unhealthy stool like watery mushy and shape less but only one time motion hole day too much gas forming and chest stomach discomport too much. Please advise
