Can I take 40 ml duphalac daily in regular basis for soften my stool?? I have piles so I have to soften my stool... without this med my my front part of potty become hard daily after consuming lots of water and fiber...so is it safe for using duphalac daily for lifelong,?

Hello, I am suffering from loose motions from past 18 days after taking antibiotics.i don't have any abdomen pain and cramps only the thing is my motions are watery 1-2 times in a day.i tried homeopathic medicine also after taking probiotics it's not improved.please advice.
