Please suggest if we can give lemon, orange or tomato ( soup) beetroot etc , please we are very confused as he has having SEVERE leg pain due to weakness. Can we give electrolyte?

Hi, In my LFT report, my AST (SGOT)/ALT (SGPT) ratio (De Ritis) is 2.3. I’ve been dealing with persistent skin itching for several months. Could this be related to the elevated ratio? For context, I don’t drink or smoke. I’m a bit concerned and would appreciate your advice on whether this is an issue and how I can bring this ratio back to normal. I have Thyroid. After that I got an ultrasound and LFT test done.(SGOT 56.2 and SGPT 59.6) It was found that my liver is swollen and my liver is fatty. So I want to know if I can conceive in such a condition.
