Hello Doctor I am experiencing the lower right abdomen pain near inguinal area nearly a month or more.. One day I had pain at night that we went to emergency department. They did a CT Scan and everything came normal.. But I still feel pain which is at times sharp and mostly dull.. Sometimes it aches like a period cramps which penetrates to my hip and back.. Pain increases if I work especially bending. I also experience Flatulence Bloating and pain while pooping.. Feeling good if I am not having any food.. What could be the cause of this pain?

I started having anal pain and very little blood...now it's 2 months ...n still it's the same ...I showed the doctor ...he did proctoscopy n said there's a superficial cut...n also anus is tight...am having cremaffin everyday to have loose motions ...but still it hasn't healed...I have been having such problems from a very long time ...mostly it heals by a week or so ...doctor has given dafflon 1000 n anovate cream...cut feels high inside anus...do I need to do more tests...does fissure pain n bleeding last so long without healing ...

I experienced painfull external hemorroids 20 days back, now externally all is ok, no pain , no bleeding. But there is a feeling of pressure inside anus , feels swelled from inside but no pain or bleeding. Kindly advise

I tested positive for typhoid 2 weeks back, all symptoms have gone sometimes i get mild fever, chills but today I saw little dark blood in watery  stool. What should I do now?

29. Male. 5'5". 74 kg Temples of my head feels weird and "blocked" all the time almost like a stone. When this happens I also get apathy, anhedonia ( even reading newspaper which I loved to do earlier doesn't feel enjoyable), horrible memory, brain fog( difficulty doing mental calculations etc), aphantasia, impaired circadian rhythm, impulsive behavior, obsessive behavior( like checking out myself in mirror 100+ times a day) completely dulled senses, impaired smell, impaired hearing, sexual erectile dysfunction, insensitive to effects of most drugs like alcohol laxatives, vitamins, supplements. My youth is getting destroyed because of this illness.

I am daily constipated & I hv piles also so I was taking duphalac daily for last 7 months...& I felt good ...but now duphalac is not working after taking 45 ml dose...what can I do now ?? Cremaffin plus or other med nothing help me like duphalac...can I increase dose of duphalac in 60 ml?is it safe?

I have pins sensation sometimes near anus and noticed some cuts, and also occasionally some bright red blood above stool very little like a line. Attaching image below can anyone tell what is this

Sir can chronic anal fissure cause anal cancer I am asking it because from last 5-6 years i have history of fissure whenever tight stool pass pain and blood come out i went to a doctor last year he check and told it is chronic anal fissure he told to eat healthy and not outside food my question is as there  I have a history of fissure always blood when tight stool pass so can this chronic anal fissure cause anal cancer as it a recurrent wound
