Dear Dr I am facing a problem since last 12 years. I feel some bloating feelings and then bubbles came from stomach and then pause in breath for a second. And sometimes it's continue for more than 30 to 40 times. When it happens I feel weird.. When I feel pause in breath for a fraction of second I feel I am going to die . Plzz help me and give me suggestions what kind of problem is this🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have Fatty liver grade 1 and adenomyosis and belly fat,what treatment is best fr me , To stop fatty liver

Its been a week I am experiencing stomach discomfort,and there is irregular bowel movements. I feel always full I don't get hungry .There is no pain in the stomach.Lower part of the stomach tightens and it's becoming difficult  to pass the stool.

Hi. I am suffering from gastric and acid reflux. Today evening after having a laxative samfiber mixed with warm water for conspitation suddenly acid reflux from the laxative in the form of burping arised and cossed my throat and water came out from the nose. Only once . Is it normal and more serious thing that whether the acid rebound in this manner can d reach the brain and cause brain damage. I am very much worried. I am suffering from Constipation and Right Upper Quadrant pain. I have done a Ultrasound and endoscopy and they came back normal. Blood reports were also normal. My chest aches like I am going to have a heart attack and then I am normal again . It is surely my gallbladder. I want to go for a Hepatobiliary Scan (Hida). I am taking Isabgol/psyllium husk for constipation but nothing else. Can you recommend the above mentioned scan.
