My father is 55 year old doctor clinic BP was 170/100 at home BP was omron BP machine  155/90 Recent test HbA1c- 6.1 PP was 206 , KFT - Normal, Lipid- Normal with HDL - 39.5 , LFT -Normal. ECG shows LVH Please see the prescription and medicine. Is this good management at this stage also doctor started Deplatt-AV 10 with hypertension and diabetes medicine Can you please suggest?

I notice frequent difficulty recalling things such as: Names of characters from movies or series Names of movies or series I watched recently Names of old friends or relatives Song lyrics Certain words during conversations This feels more than normal forgetfulness and is starting to affect my daily life and communication. In the past, I had low hemoglobin levels, but my most recent blood test showed hemoglobin at 15. I had consulted a doctor earlier, and I was told this could be normal; however, my symptoms have persisted, which is why I am seeking further advice. I would like to know: Could this be related to any vitamin or mineral deficiency (such as Vitamin D, B12, iron, zinc, or magnesium)? Should I consider taking any supplements? Are there specific blood tests you would recommend to diagnose the cause of these symptoms? Thank you

I was observing my maximum heart rate show sometimes 120, sometimes 125, sometimes 115, sometimes 115  during sleep time i am recording this and avg heart rate 70-75 , minimum heart rate -52-60 bpm is it watch defect or what and i don't feel any palpitations,racing heart or not woke from mid sleep

Feel numbness in right leg and right hand and gets swollen as well. Feels like ant bites and pain near waist on right side.

Have done LFT test recently as part of health check upcould see some of the values are elevated like bilirubin, protein, globulin. Is this serious do I need to additional test attached report

Four weeks back my blood test showed vitamin d as 8 and ldl as 159. I took uprise 60k for 4 weeks once a week. Now my vitamin d is 45 and ldl is 103. I got another test from another lab and it came same, Is such a quick change possible?
