Do I need complete thyroid check
Hello Doctor, I am a 29-year-old male. For the last few months, I am experiencing: • Hair fall  • Mental confusion / brain fog  • Dry skin (started suddenly) I want to know: 1. Do these symptoms suggest a thyroid problem? 2. Should I do a complete thyroid test? 3. If not complete, which thyroid test is necessary first (TSH, T3, T4)? Please guide me on which tests are needed. Thank you.
