Vitamin d and ldl
Four weeks back my blood test showed vitamin d as 8 and ldl as 159. I took uprise 60k for 4 weeks once a week. Now my vitamin d is 45 and ldl is 103. I got another test from another lab and it came same, Is such a quick change possible?

Without lifestyle modification the ldl change is unlikely. Even with VITAMIN D it requires around 6-8 weeks for adequate correction and peak effect

Rapid changes are unusual but not impossible. The body can respond quickly if deficiencies are severe.Keep monitoring vitamin D and LDL, and maintain lifestyle measures.
