Ferritin and Vitamin D levels
Hi, my ferritin levels are 19 ng/ml. Vitamin D levels are 22 ng/ml. Do I need to take supplements or do I need any other treatment? Thanks in advance.

Your ferritin level 19 ng/ml is on the lower side, which indicates low iron stores, and Vitamin D 22 ng/ml is also insufficient. Both can contribute to fatigue, hair fall, and low energy. Iron supplementation for a few months Vitamin D supplementation usually weekly doses initially Iron rich diet It’s better to start supplements early to prevent further deficiency. You can consult me for proper dosage and plan.
