Your reports suggest subclinical hypothyroidism high TSH with normal T3 ,T4 along with low Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D, which can explain your fatigue, digestion issues, and low energy. The good part this is completely manageable and reversible with the right treatment and lifestyle changes 👍 A quick consultation will help plan proper supplementation, diet correction, and decide if thyroid treatment is needed so you can recover faster and feel normal again.

At age 20, your reports indicate a systemic metabolic imbalance primarily driven by Hypothyroidism (TSH 11.4) and severe nutritional deficiencies. A TSH level above 10, even with normal T3/T4, usually requires clinical intervention. Your symptoms of slow metabolism, memory fog, and leg cramps are directly linked to your TSH being high and your Vitamin B12 (<100) and Vitamin D (6.05) being at critically low levels. Additionally, the 'Fatty Liver' on ultrasound and right-side abdominal pain suggest that your poor dietary habits (late-night junk food) are causing hepatic strain and sluggish digestion."
