Hello It's good you are doing the follow up. The lipid profile result is okay. There is no need to worry about. If you are known case of dyslipidemia and on medication, kindly do regular checkup monthly. Regarding hemoglobin level it is in border line. It's better you are taking T. Livogen od for one month. Also vitamin d is low. For that take T. Shelcal D 500 daily for 30 days T. Vut D3 60000 u once a week for 4 weeks For further evaluation consult a doctor at nearby hospital

Good reports. No need of medications. If you are diabetic or hypertensive or any cardiac comorbidities, need the LDL a lil further low , else it's good. Continue doing exercises and avoid eating junk food.

Ok so when we look at ur profile U have few issues The ist thing is ur weight is more (u fall in obese class 2 depending upon ur height & weight ) that’s most important issue u should be concerned about 2nd u have low hdl (good cholesterol) 3rd thing is ur vit d is low Ur cbc shows mild anemia, for a menstruating woman that’s expected so nothing to worry about that
Next Steps
I would like u go for further testing coz of ur weight which’s the main concern here Check ur blood glucose level, thyroid profile, lft, kft if not already done
Health Tips
Add daily vitamin d or weekly supplement Try reduce ur weight by dietary modifications & daily exercise Ideal weight for this height is around 60kg that will definitely improve your lipid profile too

Your reports show three main things: • HDL (good cholesterol) is low (32) • LDL (bad cholesterol) is borderline (100) • Vitamin D is deficient (12.7) • Hemoglobin is slightly low (11.6) The most important issue here is low HDL, not LDL. Your LDL is acceptable, but HDL should be higher for better heart protection. This pattern is commonly seen with low physical activity, weight gain, and lifestyle factors. It is reversible. Vitamin D deficiency is also significant and needs correction. Mildly low hemoglobin suggests possible iron deficiency. Overall, this is not serious right now, but it needs correction to prevent future problems.
Next Steps
1. Improve cholesterol (focus on HDL): • Brisk walking/exercise 30–40 min daily • Include nuts (almonds, walnuts), seeds (flaxseed) • Use healthy oils (olive/mustard oil) • Avoid fried food, bakery items, junk food 2. Weight management: • Your weight is on the higher side for your height • Even 5–7 kg weight loss will significantly improve HDL 3. Vitamin D correction: • Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then monthly 4. Hemoglobin: • Check iron levels if not done • Start iron-rich diet (green vegetables, dates, jaggery) • Iron supplements if needed after doctor advice 5. Repeat tests after 3 months: • Lipid profile • Vitamin D • Hemoglobin No cholesterol medicines are needed at this stage.
Health Tips
HDL increases mainly with exercise, not medicines • Vitamin D deficiency is very common and easily correctable • Do not ignore weight—it is a key factor here With consistent lifestyle changes, these values can improve significantly.

Dietary changes and Lifestyle modifications required only for deranged lipid profile. For Vitamin D3 you can take tablet or sachet of vitamin d3.for mild anemia its manageable by increase green vegetables in your diet and take more fibrous diet ,avoid oily and junk food as much as you can.

"Your reports indicate a combination of Dyslipidemia (Low HDL), Vitamin D Deficiency, and Mild Anemia. While your LDL (100 mg/dL) is within the borderline-optimal range, your HDL (32 mg/dL) is significantly low. HDL is 'good cholesterol' that protects your heart, and at 34 years of age, increasing this level is crucial for long-term cardiovascular health. Additionally, your Vitamin D level (12.7 ng/mL) is quite low and your Hemoglobin (11.6 g/dL) suggests mild anemia, both of which can contribute to fatigue and low energy."

An HDL of 32 mg/dL is on the lower side, while an LDL of 100 mg/dL is near optimal. The main focus here should be improving HDL rather than aggressively lowering LDL.
Next Steps
Daily exercise → brisk walk 30–45 min Healthy fats → nuts, seeds, mustard/olive oil Reduce junk & sugar Maintain weight Stop smoking (if applicable) .
Health Tips
Require screening for diabetes and thyroid
