Add exercise Use almond of good quality  soak it in night,  consum them after pealing  in breakfast chew very finely. Two akhrot also to be  soak n consume in breakfast. Add chia, flex seeds.

HDL is good fat whick keeps bad cholesterol in check. So in your case its lower. You can increase it by consuming handful of nuts almonds walnuts. Avoid fried and processed food completely. Use healthy oil like olive oil , mustard oil. As per your age you should do brisk walking , light exercise atley5 day a week for 30-40 min. Get it checked after 6 week and consult.
