I was diagnosed with Gilbert's Syndrome recently, during bilirubin spike symptoms are - Yellow eyes, mainly severe gas, acidity, stomach pain. What should I do so that bilirubin stays in control & wouldn't cause stomach upset. I usually do 2 Ekadashi fasting in a month, will it cause disturbance? Also I have depression and anxiety issues. What should be the lifestyle & food habits?(Vegetarian).

For the last 3 months I have been feeling hot even in these winters and i feel like i am sick but my temp is between 97-99 and i always feel like i have a dry mouth and also I have too much saliva in my mouth with frequently having to go to toilet to pass urine I feel like it every hour, what do I have plzz help...

I take 4 id vaccine on a dog scratch last dose was 28th aug 2025 then again 4 id vaccine for a bite but on (day3) the nurse incorrectly given in deeper muscle so i take 1 extra dose on (day 8) and complete the course(day28) on 23 nov 2025 but today stray dog scrath my leg with teeth what should i do.

My total bilirubin value is 1.48 (lab upper limit is 1.2). Direct bilirubin is 0.52 (lab upper limit is 0.4). Remaining all normal yesterday's reports are attached. Is there any issue? I’ve been having episodes where my legs feel weak and sort of floaty, like they don’t have proper support. When I stand or walk, I feel unsteady and have to clench my legs or curl my toes to feel grounded so I don’t lose balance. While walking, I can’t seem to walk in a straight line. I feel slightly tilted or shaky, like my body is off-balance, even though the ground isn’t moving. It feels similar to how you feel right before fainting, but I don’t actually faint. During these episodes, I also feel foggy and numb-like, and concentrating becomes difficult. Taking vitamin tablets seems to give some temporary relief, but the sensation doesn’t completely go away. I feel lightheaded and unsteady, with a floaty weakness in my legs. I can’t walk straight and feel slightly tilted or shaky, like I might faint but don’t. I also get brain fog, and vitamins help only temporariy. And can't stand in one Position longer
