I was diagnosed with Gilbert's Syndrome recently, during bilirubin spike symptoms are - Yellow eyes, mainly severe gas, acidity, stomach pain.
What should I do so that bilirubin stays in control & wouldn't cause stomach upset.
I usually do 2 Ekadashi fasting in a month, will it cause disturbance? Also I have depression and anxiety issues. What should be the lifestyle & food habits?(Vegetarian).

Avoid long fasting. Ekadashi fasting can sometimes increase bilirubin, so try to keep it light with fluids, fruits, or small simple meals.
Eat at regular intervals and avoid skipping meals.

Gilbert’s syndrome is a benign and lifelong condition. It does not damage the liver, but bilirubin can rise intermittently, especially with certain triggers.Yes, fasting can increase bilirubin levels in Gilbert’s syndrome.
Prolonged or dry fasting may trigger jaundice and acidity.Gilbert’s syndrome is harmless, but fasting, stress, dehydration, and irregular meals should be avoided to keep bilirubin under control and reduce stomach upset.
Gilbert’s is an interesting condition. It is harmless and actually patients have no symptoms.
You are describing abdominal symptoms which make it VERY UNUSUAL for it to be Gilbert’s.
To be honest you need to make sure, there is definitely no issues like Gallstones, Sphincter of Odi Dysfunction (SOD) etc.
All the best.
