What should I do so that bilirubin stays in control & wouldn't cause stomach upset. I usually do 2 Ekadashi fasting in a month, will it cause disturbance? Also I have depression and anxiety issues. What should be the lifestyle & food habits?(Vegetarian).

Avoid long fasting. Ekadashi fasting can sometimes increase bilirubin, so try to keep it light with fluids, fruits, or small simple meals. Eat at regular intervals and avoid skipping meals.

Gilbert’s is an interesting condition. It is harmless and actually patients have no symptoms. You are describing abdominal symptoms which make it VERY UNUSUAL for it to be Gilbert’s. To be honest you need to make sure, there is definitely no issues like Gallstones, Sphincter of Odi Dysfunction (SOD) etc. All the best. J G S R clinic
