Hello I was on amloz at since feb 2023,once bp raised doctor started CTD 12.5 t40am 5 bp controlled but pulse remain high. He gave me ciplar la 40 . My pulse now 90 but feeling very uncomfortable, dizzy, sometimes chest pain also

My father is taking medicine metoprolol for BP as suggested by a doctor. Just want to know that does this medicine reduces sodium level in body or not?

Hello dr... I had suffering with disc bulge in l4 l5 and s1,for past 6months...now I am facing pain in my neck region, and i cantable to rotate my neck. I cant able to bear the pain... Since past 4-5 months I have been feeling terrible like there is some weight in my chest and no matter I do I can't get rid of this heavy feeling I feel lonely no matter if I'm alone or not. I don't have the energy or motivation to do anything I just lie in my bed doing nothing I pretend to be fine but I feel so much mental pain. Is this depression what should I do to get out of this. I've been taking vitamin b12 and vitamin d supplements since past 2 months but still my energy level is low. I don't know what to I don't want to keep living like this.

I am taking vitamin d3 60,000 iu weekly but I feel thirsty very much and sleeping problem? What should I do?
