You could be having orthostatic hypotension, I.e sudden fall of b.p. due to taking 3 molecules, which lower b.p.  Get b.p. checked in supine, sitting and standing positions. Avoid  sitting with legs dangling down for long. For high pulse rate, get thyroid profile,  ecg and cardiac echo, TMT, done and share results.
