You should not use clobetasole cream over penis as its a sensitive area and clobetasole is a high potent steroid Can continue doxycycline its also not needed as you dont show any signs of infection as there is not any discharge or ulcer but if you have started antibiotics continue course Keep area dry. dont wash frequently, dont use harsh soaps only water , it seems allergic
Next Steps
You can use candid B cream twice a day for 7 days . Thats all. Consult for more information

The symptoms you describe are NOT typical of HIV. HIV does not cause localized burning or brief pain at the penis tip. Early HIV symptoms, when they occur, are usually generalized (fever, sore throat, body ache, rash, swollen lymph nodes), not isolated genital sensations. Since you used a condom and replaced it immediately after noticing a break, your HIV risk is very low.
Next Steps
• Continue the medicines prescribed by your doctor as advised • Maintain good local hygiene; avoid soaps, antiseptics, or repeated washing of the penis • Avoid sexual activity until symptoms fully settle • For reassurance, you may do an HIV 4th-generation test at 4 weeks and repeat at 6 weeks, which is highly reliable • Most likely causes include local irritation, mild balanitis, anxiety, or nerve sensitivity, which usually settle with time
Health Tips
Based on your history and protection used, this does not suggest HIV. Anxiety itself can amplify genital sensations. With treatment and reassurance, symptoms usually resolve.
