But today me also feeling burning penis head area

I had done sex one time Vagina
Condom used

Till 20 minutes no condom broke & then it break condom and 1 to 2 minutes around condom i changes
When the sex end I discharge my penis with my hand outside vagina in condom
Its Hiv Risk??
