I have taken 60000 ui for three months vitamin d increase from 19 to 28 and calcium normal by mistake I consume again three months more 60000 ui once a week for three months does it has cause calcification in arteies i really concern and only taken vitamin d3 without any other supplements like k 2

Hey doctors, I got married recently, 3 months ago and I have a weak pelvic floor. I tried masturbation a month ago just to see if I'm able to get an erection and my erection seems fine but then I'm climaxing It feels like my buttocks are getting super tight and it causes discomfort. I was told Pan-40 is taken before meals and Pan-D after meals. If I miss taking Pan-D before food, is it okay to take it after meals?

After dengu fever complete treatment Fever has completely gone, but headache still persist, after discharged from hospital doctor gave paracetamol 650 mg (take only in fever) Cefixime 200 mg Vitamin B complex URSODEOXYCOL ACID 150 MG But fever never came after discharge, so we didn't take paracetamol 650 mg , Should it necessary to take paracetamol 650mg for headache without any fever? Please give me best advice/medicine for headache ? Acidity too persist
