Headache still persist after Dengu fever
After dengu fever complete treatment Fever has completely gone, but headache still persist, after discharged from hospital doctor gave paracetamol 650 mg (take only in fever) Cefixime 200 mg Vitamin B complex URSODEOXYCOL ACID 150 MG But fever never came after discharge, so we didn't take paracetamol 650 mg , Should it necessary to take paracetamol 650mg for headache without any fever? Please give me best advice/medicine for headache ? Acidity too persist

Yes.Paracetamol (acetaminophen) can be taken for headache even if there is no fever. For gastritis and post recover phase of dengue you need to consult me on practo for further management and evaluation.
